Is your vehicle Drivable?

Our professionally trained staff is prepared to handle all of your collision repair needs. Whether dropping off your vehicle or having it towed in, you can rest assured that your vehicle will be in the best of hands throughout the entire repair process. We work hand-in-hand with most Insurance and rental car companies.

The process works in this fashion: if your vehicle is drivable bring your vehicle in for an estimate from one of our highly trained estimators. They will assess the damage to your vehicle and provide you with a damage analysis. From that point, we will pre-order the needed parts and call you to set up a drop-off time when the parts have arrived.

The rental company will be notified of your drop-off appointment and we will call them when you arrive to drop off your vehicle for the repair process. Your vehicle will then be assigned to one of our professional collision repair technicians. This is where the repair process begins. The technician will remove all the damaged parts and make an assessment of any additional damage possible hidden by the damaged exterior parts.

You and your insurance company, if involved, will be notified immediately if any additional damages are found. The additional parts or repairs will be added to the damage assessment and the process will proceed on. Once all of the repairs have been completed and the vehicle has been approved for delivery, you will be notified.
