Whether dropping off your vehicle or having it towed in, you can rest assured that your vehicle will be in the best of hands throughout the entire repair process. Metropolitan Collision works hand and hand with most of the major insurance and rental car companies.

The process works in this fashion: You will either contact Metropolitan Collision directly and we will send a tow company to pick up your vehicle or from the scene of the accident, you can request that the tow company drop your vehicle off at Metropolitan Collision. When your vehicle arrives on the tow truck, it will be moved to our staging area. One of our experienced estimators will assess the damages and complete an estimate. At that point we will notify you and your insurance company, if they are involved, of our findings. If needed, the vehicle will be "torn down" to do a further analysis of the damages. Once the insurance company has been out to complete a damage analysis, we will order parts and begin the repair process. You are welcome to check the status of your vehicle any time during normal business hours. After the repairs have been completed and approved, you will be notified of the completion of your vehicle. Most major rental car companies will pick up your rental from our location after you are back in your vehicle.
